Who We Are
The Union of Christian Apostolic Churches of Romania (U.B.C.A.R.) is a Romanian private legal entity, non-profit, with religious character, constituted through the freely consented association of affiliated churches.
U.B.C.A.R. is constituted and operates under the Romanian Constitution, Law No. 489/2006 on religious freedom and the general regime of denominations, and Government Ordinance No. 26/2000 on associations and foundations. Organized unitarily at national, regional, and local levels, headquartered in Pitești, U.B.C.A.R. enjoys organizational, functional, and disciplinary autonomy recognized by law for religious denominations.
