According to Art. 6 of the Statute, UBCAR's organization and activities are governed by the following internal normative acts, in hierarchical order of legal force: Statement of Faith, U.B.C.A.R. Statute, and Rules of Organization and Operation. The Code of Ethics, Service, and Integrity supplements the Statute and R.O.F., and is binding on all ministers, workers, and volunteers.
