Our Mission
U.B.C.A.R. is a private legal entity with religious character, part of the Christian Apostolic denomination, with the purpose of uniting, supporting, and representing Christian Apostolic communities in Romania.
The organization, operation, doctrine, internal ordinances, and religious discipline of U.B.C.A.R. enjoy religious and organizational autonomy under the law. U.B.C.A.R. may organize and conduct cultural, educational, spiritual, scientific, and media activities, on a non-profit basis, including through educational institutions established in accordance with the law.
Our Vision
We envision a Romania where every community has access to a living, Spirit-filled church that faithfully preaches God's Word and serves with compassion.

Fundamental Principles
According to Art. 3 of the U.B.C.A.R. Statute, the organization is founded on the following mandatory principles:
Freedom of Faith
Freedom of faith and religious conscience is the foundation of the entire organization and operation.
Doctrinal Unity
Doctrinal unity is mandatory for all structures and affiliated churches, constituting an essential condition for membership.
Autonomy & Legality
U.B.C.A.R. is autonomous from the state, public authorities, and political parties, operating independently in compliance with the law.
Good Faith & Responsibility
Institutional loyalty, good faith, and responsibility guide all actions and decisions of the organization.
